CASE STUDY · Insurance · Georgia

The short answer

Signature Insurance Group is an independent agency in Georgia. When Shawn Reynolds took over, it had three offices, about $1 million a year in revenue and almost nothing online.

Since then the business has almost quadrupled and grown to seven offices. We built the brand and the website from scratch, ran the ads that filled the pipeline, and then built the local search, win-back and daily follow-up systems that keep it growing.

At a glance

The company

Signature Insurance Group sells auto, home and commercial insurance from seven offices in Winder, Monroe, Covington, Greensboro, Madison, Commerce and Thomasville. Shawn runs it with a small team of agents and office staff.

Where things stood

Signature came to us after an ownership change with a name and not much else. There was no logo worth keeping, no real website and no way to bring in leads beyond walk-ins and referrals.

And Shawn had big plans for more offices, so whatever we built had to work in towns where nobody knew the name yet.

The number they were trying to move

The number at Signature is bound policies. Impressions, clicks and leads only matter if they turn into a policy, so that’s what we judged every piece of work against.

What we did

We worked through the five stages in order: demand, pipeline, deals, customers and expansion.

Demand: build a brand people can find

So we started with the basics. We built a new logo and brand, then a mobile-friendly website with landing pages we split-tested until they turned visitors into quote requests.

And then we rebuilt all seven Google Business Profiles with the right categories, services, photos and descriptions, and gave each office its own location page for the searches people in that town actually run. A review request now goes out to new customers every week, office by office.

Pipeline: fill it, then refill it from your own list

Facebook ads did the early heavy lifting. They reached about a million people in Signature’s markets and brought in more than 5,000 leads, and we adjusted them every month based on what turned into quotes.

So years later, the agency had a long list of people who got a quote and never bought, plus customers who had left. In September 2026 we sent friendly emails from Shawn to more than 1,800 of them, inviting them back for a free ten-minute rate check, with alerts to the team when someone showed interest.

Deals and customers: give the team one place to work from

Leads were coming in from the website, the phone, email and Slack, and quotes lived in the agency system. So we built a daily board that pulls renewals, open quotes and follow-ups into one view, and each agent can see who needs a call today.

What changed

Signature went from three offices and about $1 million a year to seven offices, and the business has almost quadrupled. The return on marketing spend has run above 700%.

“Rogue Pine has been a game changer for us. Since we started working together, our business has almost quadrupled!”
Shawn Reynolds, Signature Insurance Group

What’s next

We’re tying the win-back program and the daily board to bound policies, so every call, quote and won-back customer gets counted.
